Namaste, and welcome to the continuation of the Mystery of Ganesha into its fulfillment. Ganesha Puja Vidhi aka Vigneshawara Puja Vidhi is the power to remove karmic obstructions on a deeper level than previously known or experienced.
You are now on a new playing field in which the personal and collective interact. As you know, after receiving the mantra for the First Gate, you are now an influencer who can exert spiritual influence on a small group of people for good purposes, that is, together with the appropriate sadhana. With this capability comes responsibility, as it involves the development of tremendous spiritual power, "siddhi", also translated as "accomplishment".
Along with the mantra sadhana of the moola mantra is the need to have greater power to address obstacles, both personal and collective. Hence, this Vigneshawara Puja Vidhi, which is the power to remove karmic obstructions. Of course, we will work with our own obstacles essentially. However, as we are all connected closely to certain people with whom we have deep karmic connections, the likelihood of them being affected by our spiritual practice and sadhana is now much more pronounced. Just as likely, our sense of service and alignment with realities and dimensions deeper than what is commonly experienced in ordinary consciousness is also enhanced in proportion to our application on this new level.

At this level, it is more than just about chanting mantras properly. There are internal shifts and alignments and our need to work with deeper karmic issues. And it is just as important to understand what is going on inside us when we do the rituals and practices that we have learned, as well as the one you will learn. And it is time to look deeper and closer at what is going on in our life, in the people showing up, the conditions showing up, and those conditions that need to change but are still persisting.
For all these reasons, and due to the nature of the mantras and involved learning required at this stage of your journey into Sri Vidya, you are necessarily going to require one-on-one private coaching. There is no other way to approach this new level with any any depth, substance, or meaning. Each person has a unique karmic history and needs to work through specific karmic issues that are deeply personal. This cannot be done in group.
Going forward, group sessions, instead of focusing on group trainings of pronunciation, will focus on other important aspects of Tantra, such as the tatvas. And retreats will focus on subjective healing. We also strongly feel that our pilgrimage to India in Jan 2020 is going to be very important for all of us and so we have created some special packages that take this into account. Our Austin live retreat is another juncture that is going to be very important for all of us this year, so that, too, is taken into account.
